This hotel is conveniently located near airport and it has a very reliable free shuttle to and from the airport. Great customer service, nice size room, WiFi was good, nice clean functional bathroom with all the amenities. Despite some of the negative comments I read, I found this hotel to be in good condition and well maintained, and also friendly staff. By the way, the air conditioning works great.

For us, it was very convenient to be close to the airport and to have a shuttle bus to the hotel. Additionally, the price and the quality of the rooms were excellent. I really liked the comfort of the mattress.

It would be nice to have complimentary breakfast as prior to covid, i stayed here previously with a friend and we got that in 2018 or 2019. More free coffee

Needed a place to stay after missing a connecting flight instead of sleeping in the airport and this place was close to the airport, fairly priced, and had a shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant was still open upon arrival and the food was fairly good.

Good wifi, very useful in-hotel store. Coffee in lobby. Pleasant housecleaning staff. Helpful front desk staff. Very reliable airport shuttle. Close to pancake house, thai restaurant, dry cleaner, and a conenience store with good deli.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Kind, friendly and very helpful when I experienced a significant issue with my reservation. The room was big and also clean, had a fridge and a coffeemaker. I do wish there had been a pool, I assumed there would be and was missing my usual Lincoln Road location. But as far as the staff/facilities go and the price paid, I was happy. Thanks to the very nice staff!
